Yes. KINWIN provides copies of our current factory audit reports and certifications for buyer due diligence purposes. Available documents include: BSCI audit report and scorecard, SGS/SMETA audit report (available via Sedex platform for Sedex members, or by request for non-members), ISO 9001:2015 certificate, Disney FAMA authorization letter (where client’s program qualifies), CE Declaration template, OEKO-TEX fabric certificates, FSC certificate, and GRS certificates. Disney FAMA approval means KINWIN is approved as a factory capable of meeting Disney’s manufacturing standards — it is a factory-level qualification. To manufacture actual Disney-licensed products, you (as the licensee) must have a valid Disney licensing agreement, and Disney must specifically approve KINWIN as your authorized manufacturer for your specific program. KINWIN’s FAMA status makes the manufacturer approval process significantly faster and smoother — because Disney already has KINWIN in their approved factory database. Audit renewal frequencies vary by certification: BSCI and SMETA audits are renewed annually; ISO 9001 certification is maintained with annual surveillance audits and full recertification every three years; Disney FAMA is renewed per Disney’s audit cycle (typically annual); CE and ASTM product safety certifications are product-specific and renewed when products change materially or when test reports expire (typically every 2-3 years); OEKO-TEX fabric certifications are renewed annually by fabric suppliers; FSC chain of custody certification is renewed annually. KINWIN actively maintains all certifications — we do not allow any certification to lapse. Current certification status and validity dates are available on request.

KINWIN welcomes brand-initiated factory audits. To arrange: (1) contact our team with your audit requirements (scope, standards, documentation needed, preferred dates); (2) we schedule the audit visit — minimum 5 working days notice preferred; (3) KINWIN prepares all relevant documentation in advance (quality records, HR records, production records, certification documents); (4) the audit team conducts their assessment on-site; (5) KINWIN cooperates fully with all audit requests including facility tour, worker interviews, documentation review, and production floor observation. There are no fees for facilitating your audit. For brands who require a specific audit format (social compliance, quality system, IP security, or combined), we can pre-align on the scope and documentation requirements.

Yes, KINWIN manufactures for many brands across various market segments — this is normal for any established manufacturer. Confidentiality between clients is maintained through: strict project-to-project isolation (design files, specifications, and production records for each client are accessible only to the personnel assigned to that specific project); NDA signed for all clients before any design exchange; physical separation of golden samples and production tooling by client; no sharing of client information, designs, or production details with any other party; and digital access controls that limit design file visibility by project team assignment. KINWIN’s Disney FAMA approval includes IP security as a specific assessed criterion — our IP separation protocols are audited and verified, not just claimed.
