1. Bank Wire Transfer (T/T — Telegraphic Transfer)
Bank wire transfer is the most widely used payment method for custom plush toy manufacturing orders. It offers direct bank-to-bank security, full transaction traceability, and compatibility with all major international banking systems. KINWIN accepts T/T in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, and CNY.
- Standard structure: 30% deposit before production + 70% balance before shipment
- For sample orders: 100% payment in advance before sampling begins
- Sample fee is fully deductible from first mass production order above MOQ
- KINWIN provides a proforma invoice (PI) with complete bank details and payment schedule
- Wire transfers typically processed within 1–3 business days
2. Letter of Credit (L/C)
For high-volume orders or long-term supply contracts, KINWIN accepts irrevocable Letters of Credit issued by reputable international banks. An L/C provides the strongest form of payment protection for both buyer and seller: the buyer is assured goods will only be released after documented shipping conditions are met, and KINWIN is assured of payment upon fulfilling agreed delivery obligations.

3. PayPal, Wise & Online Payment Platforms
For sample orders, small batch orders, and urgent payment situations, KINWIN accepts PayPal, Wise (formerly TransferWise), and other secure online payment platforms. These methods offer instant processing, built-in buyer protection, and are particularly convenient for new clients who want to start with a smaller order before committing to a full production program.
- PayPal: instant processing; buyer protection available; additional 4–5% transaction fee applies for bulk orders
- Wise: low international transfer fees; competitive exchange rates; ideal for USD/EUR/GBP transactions

4. Third-Party Payment Processors & Freight Forwarder Payments
For clients in countries where direct cross-border bank transfers are challenging, KINWIN supports a range of alternative payment channels — including Western Union, MoneyGram, PingPong, and payment through your freight forwarder’s China-based agent.

For bulk production orders paid via PayPal, an additional service fee (4–5%) applies to cover PayPal’s merchant processing charges — please confirm with us before making payment. For larger orders, bank wire transfer (T/T) is recommended as the most cost-effective and widely used payment method, with no additional transaction fees beyond your bank’s standard wire transfer charges.
