Step 1 · Design Brief & Reference Submission
You submit your character design, reference images, size requirements, material preferences, functional requirements (sound, LED, scent, weighting), and any branding specifications. NDA is signed if required before any design materials are shared.
Step 2 · Technical Feasibility Review & Design Alignment
Our pattern-making team reviews your design for technical feasibility. We identify structural challenges, material limitations, or design elements requiring interpretation. A design alignment document is prepared and shared with you for approval before sampling begins — preventing misalignment between your expectation and the prototype.
Step 3 · Material Sourcing & Color Confirmation
Fabric swatches, color samples, filling materials, and functional components (squeakers, LED modules, scent capsules, glass beads) are sourced and confirmed. Color matching is performed against your Pantone references. Material samples are submitted for approval before cutting begins.
Step 4 · Pattern Construction
A senior pattern maker develops the full construction pattern: body panels, head components, limbs, ears, tails, facial components, accessories, and garment elements. Seam allowances, turn-in dimensions, and reinforcement placements are determined. Size grading is performed for multi-size variants.
Step 5 · Sample Construction & Assembly
The physical sample is hand-crafted using confirmed materials, patterns, and construction specifications: fabric cutting, sewing, stuffing, closing seams, face embroidery, logo embroidery, accessory attachment, functional module installation, and branding label application. Each sample is constructed to production-level standards.
Step 6 · Internal Quality Review

Any issues are corrected before shipment.
Step 7 · Sample Delivery, Review & Revision

4. Functional Sample

5. Pre-Production Sample (Golden Sample)
