Yes. All fabrics used in KINWIN’s pet plush toys are OEKO-TEX certified, which tests for harmful chemicals, azo dyes, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and skin-irritating substances. Filling materials — PP cotton, catnip, and eco recycled fiber — are tested for non-toxicity. Dyes and colorants are non-toxic and safe for animal contact. For dog toys, we select fabrics based on the appropriate level of bite resistance for your target breed profile. We strongly recommend specifying your target breed and typical chewing behavior so we can engineer the correct material specification.

Yes. KINWIN supports all major functional pet toy additions: squeaker modules in various sizes and sound intensities (safely enclosed within reinforced compartments), catnip filling or catnip-infused fabric for cat toys, crinkle material inserts for auditory stimulation, rope elements integrated into the toy for tug-of-war play, and hidden treat-dispensing pockets. All functional modules are tested to ensure they remain safely enclosed during normal pet play. We recommend specifying the target animal and play style so we can select the appropriate functional additions.

Yes. KINWIN’s pattern-making team has experience developing breed-specific plush toys with anatomically accurate proportions and breed-characteristic features — correct ear shape, body proportion, facial features, and coat texture for each breed. We can develop original breed designs from reference photos or artwork, or work from your existing brand character sheets. For popular breeds with strong visual identity (French Bulldog’s compact body and bat ears, Golden Retriever’s flowing coat, Shiba Inu’s curled tail), our pattern makers achieve highly recognizable results.

Durability for dog toys is directly related to the fabric and construction specification — and this varies significantly by breed and chewing behavior. KINWIN offers a range of durability tiers: standard soft fabrics (appropriate for gentle-mouthed breeds like Cavaliers or small dogs), medium-duty fabrics with reinforced stitching (appropriate for moderate chewers), and heavy-duty ripstop/high-density fabrics with double stitching and bartack reinforcement (appropriate for more determined chewers). We do not recommend any plush toy for extreme power-chewer breeds (Pitbull, Malinois, Rottweiler) as no plush toy is appropriate for these breeds. Please share your target breed profile and we will specify the correct construction.

KINWIN supports full packaging development for both DTC and Amazon channels. For DTC Shopify brands: custom gift boxes with brand artwork, branded tissue paper, hang tags with pet care instructions and brand story, and branded dust bags or drawstring pouches for premium presentation. For Amazon FBA: transparent poly bags meeting FBA requirements, FNSKU labeling, suffocation warning labels where required, and carton labeling per Amazon standards. For retail: hang tags with barcode and UPC, retail-ready packaging, and multi-language instruction inserts. Eco-friendly packaging options — FSC-certified kraft boxes, recycled tissue — are available for sustainable pet brands.
