Timeline & Revisions : Prototype delivered in 10–15 working days, with 2 free revision rounds.
Step 3
Physical sample confirmation
Once you approve the digital prototype, we ship physical samples to your address.
You inspect and sign off before bulk production begins.
Step 4
Bulk Production & In‑Line Inspection
Mass production runs on 15 lines with continuous monitoring by PM and QC teams.
Progress and in‑line inspection reports are shared via our online dashboard.
Step 5
Packaging & Shipping
Customized inner bags, hang tags, cartons, and palletizing per your specifications.
Flexible logistics: FOB, EXW, or door‑to‑door with full tracking
Provide Your Tech Pack for Faster Development
Sharing a detailed tech pack—including design files, size specifications, materials, and functional requirements—helps us accelerate evaluation, quotation, and sample development. With clear documentation, our team can quickly align with your expectations and turn your vision into a high-quality plush toy.
Branding Files
Your logos should be provided in vector file formats such as .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG, or .PDF.
Designse
Tech packs, or if unavailable, at least three high-resolution reference images or sketches showing different views.
