About Us
1.Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a professional plush toy factory with 17 years of manufacturing experience, located in China. We provide full OEM & ODM services, equipped with 15 production lines and a strict quality control system. Our products are certified by CE, ASTM, and other international standards, and are exported to countries worldwide including the USA, Europe, Japan, South Korea, and the Middle East.
2.What are your main markets?
Our products are mainly exported to the USA, Europe, Japan, South Korea, and the Middle East. We serve a wide range of clients, including major IPs from movies, cartoons, books, and characters (e.g., Disney, Pixar, Hello Kitty, Peppa Pig, Minions), as well as well-known brands such as Walmart, ZARA, MUJI, Hot Topic, and Claire’s. We also work with e-commerce sellers, retailers, event organizers, and clients with original plush toy designs.
Customization Services
3.Can you customize a plush toy based on my design or drawings?
Absolutely. We accept drawings, videos, hand-drawn sketches, samples, or even just creative concepts, providing one-stop service from design to delivery. We can achieve a similarity of over 90% and offer two revisions.

Absolutely. We support customization from sketches, samples, or even just ideas, offering one-stop service from concept to delivery.
5.What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces. For orders below this quantity, please consult with our project manager. We may offer flexible solutions depending on the product size, complexity, and customization requirements.
Samples & Prototyping
6.How long does sampling take?
Usually it takes 10-15 days for the first prototype. Complex designs may take longer.
7.Is there a sample fee?
Yes, we charge a sample fee initially, which can be partially or fully refunded upon order confirmation.
8.How many sample revisions are allowed?
We provide two free revisions. Since our pattern designers have more than 20years of experience, usually more than 80% of customers will pass the reviewafter the first free revision; more than 90% of customers will pass the reviewafter the second free revision.
Production & Quality
9.What is your production lead time?
Usually 25–35 days. Peak season or complex products may require more time.
10.How do you ensure product quality?
We have a professional QC team and follow AQL standards. Third-party inspections are welcome.
11.What safety standards do your products meet?
Our products comply with CE and ASTM standards, and all materials pass environmental and safety tests.
Pricing & Payment
12.What factors affect your pricing?
Mainly size, fabric, stuffing, quantity, and design complexity.
13.Is the price negotiable?
Yes, especially for bulk or long-term partnerships.
14.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T, wire transfer, Alipay, PayPal,etc. Normally 50% deposit and 50% before shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
15.What are your shipping options?
We offer express (DHL/UPS), sea, and air freight, and support FOB, CIF, and DDP terms.
16.Can you help with customs clearance?
we own experienced designer team, who assist with custom documents and processes.
17.Can you ship to Amazon FBA warehouses?
Absolutely. We are familiar with FBA and provide labeling services.
After-Sales & Support
18.What if there’s a quality issue with the goods?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We’ll resolve it through rework, replacement, or refund.
19.Do you support reorders and long-term cooperation?
Yes, we welcome long-term partners with faster sampling, dedicated service, and better pricing.
